Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team at CCARC, Inc. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with special needs in a day program setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to participants, including personal care, hygiene, and treatments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to CCARC policies and procedures
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and transportation
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
