About The Opportunity:

If so, the Pacaso Sales Associate position may be an ideal match for you. The Pacaso Sales Team is committed to developing a robust pipeline of qualified leads interested in our co-ownership model. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue by acquiring new Pacaso owners.
As a Sales Associate, you will take on multiple responsibilities. You will identify new sales opportunities through a mix of inbound leads, follow-up outreach, and outbound cold calling. Additionally, you will assess these leads to determine genuine interest and suitability for the Pacaso model. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you interact with potential buyers using a consultative sales approach. You will create a welcoming and informative experience, emphasizing the value of Pacaso ownership.
It’s not solely about generating leads; it’s about guiding them toward becoming Pacaso owners. You will qualify leads and engage them with a consultative approach, showcasing Pacaso's unique value proposition.

Beyond initial contact, you will coordinate meetings with Sales Executives and nurture relationships to advance qualified prospects through the sales funnel.


Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Generation & Pipeline Management:

    Utilize sales tools such as a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to identify and qualify potential buyers nationwide and a power dialer (Dialpad) to enhance connections.

  • Implement a strategic outbound calling plan, including cold calling to exceed 80 cold calls per day in our fast-paced tech startup environment.

This position requires in-office work on designated days.

Manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, balancing new lead acquisition with nurturing existing leads.

Who You Are: You possess 2+ years of experience in business development with a proven ability to foster relationships and generate leads in a consumer-facing setting.

You have a track record of exceeding sales targets and experience working with CRM systems. You are achievement-driven, competitive, and uphold high ethical standards and professionalism. You have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. You learn quickly and work efficiently in a virtual environment. You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with an awareness of internal and external dynamics.

A BA or college degree is preferred.


Compensation:

Total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 OTE with equity.
