Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and development of the company's Strategic Plan, working closely with company leaders and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and evaluate financial models for economic/financial research and analyses, including underwriting corporate investments and evaluating potential asset acquisition and sale opportunities.
  • Develop strategic insights based on internal and external data and business analysis, including market analysis, customer insights, and business performance.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for changes to the company's operating practices and market focus.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex data and distill it into key items and proposed actions.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide key performance indicators and work with business units to stay informed of KPI performance.
  • Interface effectively with all levels of the organization in a collaborative and respectful manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred; three to five years of business analytics, business analysis, and/or consulting experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with analytical/quantitative skills, familiarity with statistical/analytical tools and ROI models required.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and capital markets desired.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to digest and synthesize large amounts of data and information into executive-level reports and documents.
