Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled AP/AR Clerk to join our team at Snelling - Birmingham. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information in our database
- Resolve any discrepancies with vendors, purchasing, or receiving departments
- Review and approve vouchers for payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Process invoices in our accounting software, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Monitor vendor returns and prepare necessary adjustments
- Prepare and distribute accounts payable checks, ensuring timely payment
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AP/AR, preferably in a wholesale or retail setting
- Strong working knowledge of Prelude Accounting software, with experience an asset
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
The selected candidate will receive competitive compensation, including a salary range of $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience.
