Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Operations Leader to lead and optimize the financial and operational functions of our Third-Party Administrator (TPA). This role focuses on building scalable financial and operational frameworks, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance across all aspects of the TPA's activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial processes, including premium billing, claims payments, and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance across TPA operations.
  • Design and implement procedures to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage underwriting workflows for medical insurance products, including risk analysis, policy issuance, renewals, and reinsurance partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years within Third-Party Administration (TPA) operations for health insurance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of TPA financial and operational processes, including claims administration, compliance, and medical stop-loss underwriting.
