Job Title: Financial Institution Administrator

The River Bank & Trust is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to fill the role of Financial Institution Administrator. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the branch manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience within a financial institution and a high school diploma or equivalent with additional business-related training.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various clerical duties, such as preparing necessary reports, processing wire transfer requests, stop payments, name and address changes, and maintaining confidentiality of all customer records, accounts and transactions. You will also be required to meet and communicate with applicants to determine their needs, take loan applications & review creditworthiness, and review, authorize, and recommend personal and commercial loans. Additionally, you will be responsible for representing the bank in various community functions and ensuring safety and security of customers, employees and branch assets. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
