The branch leader is entrusted with managing Profit & Loss accountability across all operational areas.

Responsibilities:
Proven sales experience required (B2B preferred)

Full Profit & Loss management experience required

Strong analytical skills for financial forecasting and sales oversight

Proficient computer skills:
MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience in inventory management and procurement

Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable principles

A proven history of effective management.

A results-oriented leader who motivates a team

A problem solver capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure

Ability to inspire employees to achieve peak performance

Qualifications:
5 years of experience in sales and operational management

Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field preferred

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Familiarity with the building materials sector is a significant advantage

Experience in leading sales initiatives

Experience in managing operations including yard and warehouse, equipment, and material inventory

Experience in achieving corporate financial objectives
