IAA, a subsidiary of RB Global, Inc., is on the lookout for a Branch Operations Support Specialist to enhance our team dynamics in Texas.

The Branch Operations Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in addressing customer and branch inquiries under the guidance of the Flex Branch Supervisor and the designated Branch Manager. This position encompasses a variety of clerical responsibilities, alongside engaging in essential yard operations, including Loader Operation, to ensure meticulous documentation of incoming vehicles and assist in their maintenance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive customer support via mail, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Process orders and assignments, ensuring accurate data entry into the computer system.
  • Reference and communicate pricing and delivery details.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
  • Execute word processing tasks, filing, and other related clerical duties.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for auction day, securing required approvals.
  • Adhere to established procedures under close supervision.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn about automobile titling.
  • Assist with various office functions as required.
  • Conduct vehicle check-ins by accurately recording and filing information on vehicles assigned to the facility.
  • Detail vehicles to enhance their appearance for auction purposes.
  • Safely operate passenger vehicles to maneuver them around the facility and store them appropriately.
  • Guide visitors by providing necessary information or directing them to the appropriate personnel for further assistance.
  • Exhibit expertise in Loader Operation.
  • Promptly report any violations of company policy to a supervisor or manager.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Yard Attendants, Loader Operators, and Customer Service Representatives.

  • Willingness to learn forklift operation.
  • General mechanical knowledge of various vehicle makes and models.
  • Preferred experience in the equipment rental or construction industry.
  • Basic automotive repair skills are advantageous.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift is a plus.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and perform tasks involving stooping, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Education and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Loader Operator Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • 75% travel requirement.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
