Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cross-Selling Financial Products: Engage with members to promote and process consumer loans, facilitating the underwriting process.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries and transactions through various communication channels, resolving complaints efficiently while identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Staff Management: Supervise branch personnel, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and that all cash handling and operational tasks are completed accurately and in compliance with established standards.
  • Transaction Processing: Manage customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Account Management: Assist members with account openings and closings, providing information about products and services, and addressing any issues within your authority.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review branch performance metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary in collaboration with management.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the main office, participating in meetings and business development initiatives.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Performance Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality branch services, maintain and grow member accounts, and ensure compliance with Credit Union policies. You will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment among branch staff and management, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
