Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to recruit, mentor, and motivate team members through a servant leadership approach.
- Uphold the Credit Union's mission and values by inspiring team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve high standards.
- Facilitate intentional career development for team members.
- Manage supervisory tasks such as scheduling, addressing time-off requests, performance coaching, and overseeing daily operations.

Branch Operations Management:
- Work alongside the Branch Manager to ensure the successful attainment of branch objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Branch Operations, focusing on fraud prevention and loss mitigation.
- Conduct regular audits and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist team members in resolving complex member inquiries.
- Organize community outreach events to enhance the Credit Union's presence.
- Step in as Branch Manager during their absence.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Policy and Anti-Money Laundering procedures, completing required training within specified timelines.
- Participate in compliance and professional development training as assigned.
- Act as a Notary Public and provide Medallion Signature Guarantee services as necessary.
- Lead and delegate special projects as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
