Job Title: Digital Video Producer

Telepictures Productions is seeking a talented Digital Video Producer/Editor to work on the Bachelor Nation franchise in the digital video and social media space. This is a full-time, hybrid position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the show team to develop a strategy for daily video content across YouTube and all social channels.
  • Edit video quickly using either Final Cut or Premiere.
  • Pull clips from the TV shows and edit in various social formats.
  • Utilize After Effects and PhotoShop, or similar programs, as needed to enhance videos.
  • Handle lighting and shoot original video as needed.
  • Create Memes and Gifs for social media platforms.
  • Create video montages and edit original footage.
  • Upload all clips to YouTube and handle associated metadata and tagging.
  • Manage some social media posting across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related role or field.
  • Knowledge of editing on either Final Cut or Premiere, with experience on Avid a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle editing while working on other projects and requests.
  • Familiarity with shooting and editing video from different formats, such as iPhone or DSLR.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram features.
  • Extensive knowledge of YouTube, including analytics, and prior experience working on the platform.
  • Knowledge of basic lighting and ability to shoot video.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and work quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborative nature, sense of humor, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with production crews and talent.
  • Must be a fan of the Bachelor franchise.
