About the Role:

We're seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial, and data-obsessed leader to build out a new Audience Development/Data Analysis function for our team. This is a ground floor opportunity to help scale our audiences and revenue while working across multiple digital platforms.

You'll be the voice of data, customer, and platform algorithms inside the company, providing teams from creative to marketing to distribution with the data they need to make informed decisions to rapidly scale our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities in content strategy, distribution, and creative to increase engagement, reach, and awareness of our content and IP.
  • Manage audience development and content strategies across platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative, marketing, and distribution plans.
  • Leverage data analytics and revenue insights to impact content decisions and inform teams about the needs of current audiences and future content opportunities.
  • Monitor and understand competitors' audiences to guide development of content strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging platforms, evolving best practices, and upcoming trends to help the teams innovate.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to offer insights and opportunities for growth across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital content optimization, audience growth, and revenue enhancement across multiple platforms.
  • Proven ability to significantly boost platform performance in terms of revenue, views, subscribers, and engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, SEO, and content optimization strategies, with a focus on YouTube and Facebook.
  • Proficient with major social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Tubular, and Socialblade.
  • Experienced in conducting experiments and A/B tests to optimize creative, marketing, and distribution tactics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
