About the Role:

The Account Development Manager I - Eastern European Speaking will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and developing relationships with customers in the fleet solutions industry. This role requires fluency in Eastern European languages such as Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian, Lithuanian, Romanian, and Moldovan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target and develop relationships with qualified prospects and new customers
  • Secure appointments, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate terms and conditions
  • Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with company stakeholders to maximize opportunities to meet SMART gallon and profit goals
  • Consult with Divisional Director of Sales to develop closing and sales strategies
  • Offer subject matter expert consultations to customers
  • Manage accounts toward SMART gallon and profit goals
  • Remain current with changes in the fuel industry, delivery systems, and competitor activity
  • Acquire market intelligence to develop and modify strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two years of experience with telemarketing sales preferred or three years of telesales experience
