Fleet Repair Solutions is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for examining trucks and trailers, assessing damage, and estimating repair costs. You will also provide excellent customer service, work closely with technicians, and maintain detailed repair records.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine trucks and trailers to assess damage and estimate repair costs
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and efficient repairs
  • Maintain detailed repair records
  • Effectively communicate with customers to uphold our commitment to quality and professionalism
  • Cultivate and maintain new and existing customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty tractor-trailer repair
  • Strong understanding of trailer repair techniques
  • Experience cultivating new and existing relationships
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurate cost estimation and effective communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Fullbay, DMX, and SMS
  • B2B sales experience
