Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Aquirity Consultants. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and prepare account strategies, forecasts, and reports to senior management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to adjust account strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
