Job Overview: Office Operations Coordinator

This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to join our team as an office operations coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide clerical support and general customer services.

About the Role:
  • The primary responsibilities of this role include providing basic clerical support, such as posting and maintaining records, compiling reports, and composing routine correspondence.
  • You will be required to operate duplicating and office machines, screen mail, route documents, and coordinate schedules and meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused orientation are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with internal and external sources via phone and in-person visits.
About You:
  • To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience, and strong keyboarding, grammar, and word processing skills.
  • You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships.
  • Prior experience with spreadsheet applications and knowledge of the Banner student information system are desirable.
