Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Packing and Shipping department to provide customer delivery status and updates.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our dosimetry database.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience.
