In this role, you will create and maintain solid, long-term business relationships with customers on behalf of Crescent Electric Supply Company. Your primary responsibilities will include developing a business plan for assigned accounts, utilizing a conservative sales approach to sell products and services, and cultivating and maintaining relationships with industrial customers and suppliers. You will also be responsible for communicating competitive conditions, observed customer financial weakness, and customer feedback to management.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive computer skills, product knowledge, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, 4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous knowledge of wholesale electrical distribution industry and industrial sales experience is preferred.

As an Industrial Sales Professional - Long-Term Business Development, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally, grow personally, and have the flexibility to balance your life's priorities. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms. Eligibility for benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, begins on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Eligibility for the 401(k) plan begins after 90 days of employment. We also offer excused absence time off and Paid Time Off (PTO), as well as company-paid holidays and other benefits.
