Job Opportunity

Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all target markets.
  • Monitor market trends and customer activity to identify opportunities and anticipate seasonal and event-based needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and industry partners.
  • Participate in community, tradeshow, and industry events to build brand awareness and develop new relationships.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports industry.
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong network and relationships in the Wisconsin sports community are a plus.
