- Escalate issues to management with proposed solutions, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
- Adhere to high-quality service standards, internal controls, and security procedures to maintain the integrity of Sun West Mortgage's services and loan programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and disclose accurate information to all parties as necessary.
