Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, preferably in customer service or healthcare administration. They will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the Practice Ambassador team, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback to drive individual and team performance.
  • Conducting regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Identifying staffing needs, recruiting top talent, and developing team members to ensure optimal practice support.
  • Setting and monitoring team goals aligned with Paradigm's mission and objectives.
  • Overseeing phone operations, appointment scheduling, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Developing and executing strategies to optimize call and scheduling workflows, streamline processes, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Analyzing performance data to assess areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, specifically call center, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Healthcare or dental industry experience required.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
