Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Brookfield Properties. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate general business office activities of an apartment community, ensuring seamless communication with residents and families.
  • Provide high-level customer service, resolving issues and referring them to appropriate associates as needed.
  • Prepare service requests, work closely with service contractors to ensure jobs are handled appropriately.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of leasing policies and procedures, performing functions related to leasing and lease renewal.
  • Ensure effective and appropriate implementation in accordance with Corporate Office and Fair Housing policies and procedures.
  • Receives, logs, and distributes packages to residents, obtaining signatures for package delivery.
  • Perform administrative functions, including answering and screening telephone calls, typing and proofreading materials, preparing routine correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files and records.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required. Vocational training or some college courses completed is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
Compensation:

Commensurate with Experience. $17.48 - 24.48 hourly. Great Incentives
