We are seeking an experienced Social Services Coordinator to join our team at MMS Group. Our company is dedicated to providing quality property management services to our clients, and we are committed to excellence in all aspects of our business.

The successful candidate will support the Property Manager in ensuring that the needs of our residents are met by providing them with assistance and access to required agencies and services in the community. This includes providing recommendations and referrals, coordinating services with local agencies, and acting as a liaison between residents and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations and referrals to residents
  • Coordinate services with local agencies
  • Act as a liaison between residents and management
  • Handle case management and crisis management
  • Develop and manage special programming for residents
  • Prepare systems to conduct assessments and monitor services
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, agencies, and residents

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in supportive or disability services
  • Bachelor's Degree or certification in a related field
  • Strong background in working with low-income individuals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with community organizing and social work
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and computer programs
