Lidl US is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our store by leading a team of associates and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of associates on the sales floor, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Create a work environment that fosters teamwork and encourages associates to excel in their roles.
  • Assist with operational tasks, including cash management, stock replenishment, cleaning, and other essential store functions.
  • Ensure that all store areas, including the bakery, produce area, and weekly promotional setup, meet Lidl's standards for freshness, cleanliness, and availability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates, customers, and management.
  • Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills, in the English language.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.
