Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate and refine cross-functional business strategies into client-focused omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Effectively communicate and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, legal, compliance, content, brand/advertising, technology, product, and sales.
  • Lead direct-to-consumer marketing projects from concept through launch, working cross-organizationally and with external vendors.
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and commitments are developed, communicated, and met while providing exceptional communication to team members, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with or lead business partners, creative agencies, project managers, content providers, analytics, and technical leads to evaluate multiple courses of action on a project and assess impact on targeted deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Direct-to-Consumer marketing strategies, capabilities, and technologies.
  • Broad knowledge of email, mobile, and direct mail marketing best practices.
  • Experience developing cross-channel marketing journeys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
