Job Summary:

As a Diet Clerk with Prime Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of patient trays. Under the direction of the dietitian, you will approve therapeutic menu selections and ensure that patient trays are prepared to meet the specific needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:

Approve therapeutic menu selections for patients
Ensure accuracy and quality of patient trays
Collaborate with the dietitian to ensure patient needs are met

Requirements:

AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred
One year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
