About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our Revenue organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our Academic & Government Information Solutions and eBooks portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform customer success strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of integrated library systems, discovery workflows, and functions.
