Lead the Way with NUCKOLLS

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Train and develop team members on our systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting on field activity using our CRM
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
