- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying knowledge to improve services and support.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 0-1 years of related experience in technical support, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in technical support, maintenance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.
