Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engineer to join our team at LanceSoft. As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring that their equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, including installation, repair, and replacement of equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment, identifying and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Assist customers in understanding and utilizing equipment features and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying knowledge to improve services and support.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 0-1 years of related experience in technical support, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in technical support, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.
