Nuckolls is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team. With 120 years of experience, we're a pioneer in our industry, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion and purpose.
This role involves learning our process to service our existing 2,000 business clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You'll lead a small team to perform these tasks and become an expert in training them. As you master our systems and process, you'll move into the Agency Director role.
This is a weekly-paid position with a salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.
Key Responsibilities:- Service our existing client base.
- Research new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
- Supervise team activity and results.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems.
- Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

- A clean background and your own transportation are necessary.
- A 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
