The base pay range for this opening is $128,800 to $161,000, based on your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location.

Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, Salesforce, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce application to streamline patient workflows, enhance user experience, and drive adoption among internal teams.

You will develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, market trends, and customer needs.

This includes developing and maintaining a Salesforce product roadmap, prioritizing features, improvements, integrations, and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and resource constraints.

Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, clinical, and marketing, is essential for seamless and timely execution of the product roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • You bring 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce applications.
  • You have proven understanding of Salesforce CRM, including customization, integrations, and automation capabilities.
  • You bring 3+ years of proven experience owning product strategy and execution.
