Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our behavioral health team at MMP Staffing Services.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff. The ideal candidate will work with clients of various ages and backgrounds to improve behaviors and quality of life using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations to identify clients' needs and behavioral challenges.
  • Behavior Intervention Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and model appropriate techniques for behavior technicians.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Oversee data collection processes to track clients' progress and treatment efficacy.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Certification and Licensure: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and current state licensure where applicable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy and developing behavior intervention plans.
Work Environment:

The position may require working in various settings, including clients' homes, schools, clinics, and community environments. Some travel may be required to accommodate clients' needs.
