Behavior Technician Opportunity

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking dedicated individuals to support our team as Behavior Technicians. This part-time position involves working with children diagnosed with autism to implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement treatment plans targeting communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills
  • Collect and record data to monitor progress and update treatment plans as necessary
  • Sessions typically occur 3-5 days per week for 2-3 hours in the child's natural environment
Compensation and Benefits:

$29.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications

No previous certification is required, as we provide the 40-Hour RBT course to those who need it. If you have a high school diploma, experience working with children, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, we encourage you to apply.
