Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Advancing Abilities. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer comprehensive ABA therapy to clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide direct care to clients in 1:1 and group settings, both in-home and in the community
  • Record and collect observable client data
  • Develop and maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding client progress
  • Provide updates on client goal progress
  • Effectively assist with parent and caregiver training
  • Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and standards
Qualifications
  • Credentialed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Ability to submit to a background check
  • Reliable transportation to and from client homes
