Human Resources Manager

Smith Lawnscapes is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience
- HR, Payroll, and/or Benefits experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and HRIS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
