Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable: process invoices, troubleshoot issues, and verify supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with the shipping and receiving department as well as the purchasing team to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Handle phone inquiries and welcome visitors professionally.

  • Draft and prepare various communications, including memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other necessary correspondence.
  • Establish and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
