- Basic skills in plant identification and understanding of insect and disease identification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A competitive spirit and a strong desire to excel.
- Proficiency in common computer software and a willingness to learn industry-specific applications.
- Possession of a chauffeur's license or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on punctuality and attendance.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure prolonged standing, walking, and other physical activities.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment that values leadership.
- Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $28 based on experience.
