Veev, a leading innovator in modular home construction, is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Training & Development department, you will play a crucial role in creating, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audio/Video Production: Develop high-quality training videos, tutorials, and multimedia content that effectively convey complex concepts and procedures.
  • Instructional Design: Design and develop training materials, including job aids, and e-learning modules tailored to the needs of our manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Live Facilitating: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
  • E-Learning Authoring: Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, or similar software, and implement assessments and knowledge checks to evaluate learner progress and retention.
  • Collaboration: Partner with managers, subject matter experts, and HR to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Compliance: Reinforce our company's focus on Safety, Procedure, and Quality with team members, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate).
  • Strong audio/video production skills, including experience with editing software (e.g., Camtasia).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
