About the Role

Clinical Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Risk Management Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality and Risk Management Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Panel Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient panel listings, scheduling necessary appointments and follow-ups, and performing required documentation to meet Quality and Risk Management Department needs.
  • Quality and Risk Management Support: Provide coverage for the Quality and Risk Management Clinical Coordinator, including formatting ENS reports, scheduling appointments for TCM, AWVs, and other campaigns, and working on attribution and empanelment as requested.
  • Administrative Support: Assist Practice Administrators in meeting quality metrics, including data entry, and support the Manager of Quality and Risk Management with departmental reports on patient compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience: 2 years of Medical Office experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills with a willingness and ability to learn new applications.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Medical Assistant experience.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
