Receptionist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Senior Community Care of Jefferson County PACE. As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support our team in delivering high-quality care to our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and efficient clerical support to the facility, ensuring excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Assume responsibility for designated clerical and receptionist duties at the front desk, including receiving and directing visitors, screening and directing salespersons, and monitoring building safety.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure the building is properly maintained and receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and package deliveries.
  • Be competent in VOANS SCC Emergency Medical Procedures and able to communicate effectively with various levels of staff, participants, family members, and the public.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one-year secretarial experience and an active and up-to-date certification in CPR.
  • A minimum of one-year (1) experience in working with the frail or elderly population.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
  • Ability to independently operate computer programs and support the Executive Assistant with managing inventory.
