Early Childhood Development Specialist
About the Position:We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team at the Collaborative for Educational Services. This part-time position involves consulting with schools and districts on high-quality developmentally appropriate early childhood education, inclusion, equity, and related areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver professional development programs aligned to the MA High-Quality Professional Development Standards and informed by current research.
- Provide consultation with schools/districts addressing high-quality developmentally appropriate early childhood education, inclusion, equity, and related areas.
- Identify and nurture relationships with prospective professional development consultants.
- Holds a degree in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education; Master's degree or higher preferred.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education.
- Strong writing, presentation, and speaking skills.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
