Front Desk/Night Audit Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Night Audit representative at Humble Origins Hospitality Management, LLC. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and serving guests with exceptional service, either in person or by phone
  • Ensuring timely and efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Providing accurate and friendly assistance to guests
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
  • Performing night audit duties, including reconciling transactions and balancing accounts

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills necessary
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods
