Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests, process payments, and handle check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of prior guest service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
