As a Business Client Advisor, you will engage with clients through our online platform, providing guidance on our services. This role involves consulting with business owners to deliver tailored solutions for launching and scaling their enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients who have expressed interest in our services via our online portal.
- Utilize a strong understanding of Inc Authority's offerings to assess client needs effectively.
- Exhibit expertise in business startup consultation to enhance client satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally and effectively across all channels with potential clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of daily activities and client interactions.
- Competitive pay at $17.00 per hour.
- Enjoy a consistent schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
