Role Overview: The Licensed Advisor Assistant will be instrumental in aiding clients with their financial planning needs, maintaining client records, and overseeing group retirement plan facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough interviews to gather essential information from new clients
  • Prepare introductory materials and necessary documentation
  • Manage client data utilizing Comprehensive Wealth Planning Software
  • Engage in client planning sessions and support 401k services
  • Address client inquiries and service requests
  • Create client illustrations and applications for various financial products
  • Utilize SmartOffice CRM for effective client management
  • Promote investment and insurance offerings
  • Demonstrate EMX to clients and assist with online presence management
  • Support event organization and maintain file systems

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Nevada Life & Health Insurance License is mandatory
  • Completion of FINRA Series 65 and 6 is required
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
