Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Retention Sales Specialist to assist our clients in sustaining their business operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients are informed about the necessary services to maintain a fully operational business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inbound and outbound communications with existing clients contemplating service renewals or modifications.
  • Assess and understand client requirements for annual service renewals.
  • Articulate the features and advantages of our offerings to clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A minimum of one year in a sales or related position.
  • Team-oriented with a knack for fostering positive client relationships.
  • Resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Professional demeanor and conduct.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and diplomatic approach.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to meet and exceed individual performance targets.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry into CRM systems.
  • Availability to work onsite during standard business hours.
Benefits
