Job Title: Health Informatics Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Informatics Analyst to join our team at Prime Therapeutics LLC. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing financial, clinical, and utilization analyses using various computing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop financial, clinical, and utilization analyses using SQL, Excel, and other computing tools.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses that vary in duration and complexity, balancing multiple priorities and maintaining high-quality results.
  • Participate in defining issues to be studied and the methodology to be used in addressing these issues.
  • Interpret results and prepare data findings in an easily understandable format for various levels of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with transact-SQL (MS SQL or Oracle)
  • Master's degree in a technical or analytic field (e.g., computer science, statistics)
  • Understanding of CPT and ICD-9 codes preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with normalized and denormalized data structures
  • Experience with SAS, SPSS, and/or other data mining tools
  • Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to complex business problems
