As a Senior Coordinator, MU, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone assistance for the Mission United program, including answering calls, assessing veteran needs, directing them to appropriate services, and ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver administrative support for Mission United, encompassing appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence management, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective collaboration with key organizations and community partners. Maintain an updated directory of veteran service organizations.
  • Engage in outreach initiatives that promote Mission United's objectives; assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reports on client interactions and satisfaction.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager of Program Operations.

Qualifications

Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1-3 years in an office setting providing administrative support. Veteran status is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Andar/SalesForce. Knowledge of modern web browsers is essential.

Essential Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Strong customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial but not required.
