Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and proactive Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of healthcare projects from inception to completion. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional communication abilities, a solid grasp of project management methodologies, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planning, execution, and oversight of intricate projects, ensuring that all milestones are achieved on schedule, within scope, and budget.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they are consistently updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project objectives, goals, and progress to all stakeholders, including team members, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, proactively identifying and addressing potential project risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards shared project objectives.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project change requests, scope modifications, and issue resolution in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of project management processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the hospital or healthcare sector is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in project management, demonstrating a successful track record of managing large-scale and complex projects.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
