Transform Lives with Community Solutions

Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome substance abuse and reclaim their lives? At Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI), we believe in second chances and providing the support people need to succeed. For over 60 years, we've been a pioneer in community-based services, transforming lives through innovative programs for individuals involved in the child welfare, juvenile justice, or criminal justice systems.

Be Part of a Mission-Driven Team

As a Bilingual MST Therapist at our CSI Manchester Office in Manchester, NH, you'll play a key role providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members. You'll provide intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families who are involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement. What is Multisystemic Therapy (MST)?

Multisystemic Therapy (MST) typically targets chronic, violent, or substance-abusing juvenile offender ages 12 through 17. MST's home-based therapy design helps overcome barriers to service, increases family retention in treatment, allows for the provision of the intensive services (i.e., therapists have a maximum of 6 cases), and enhances the maintenance of successful behavior change.
